The Barchessa (side building) of the eighteenth century Villa Colleredo with its typical portico, recently restructured rural houses and barns, is a secluded peaceful place on the Riviera del Brenta. The harmonious geometrical space, once a throbbing heart of rural life, is still in a farm of more than 40 hectares, a rare oasis of green between Dolo and Mira, less than 20 km from Padua and Venice.
The Villa Colloredo property is sorrounded by a big garden and cultivated fields. Perfect for whom enjoys jogging in the countryside or dreams to reach Venice by bicycle along the Brenta river, while viewing architectural masterpieces, such as the Villa Malcontenta from Andrea Palladio. Prices of our lodgings depend on the season’s availability, on the length of the stay and the number of people.
The exact price will therefore be communicated upon indication of the number of days, people and season of the stay. SHORT STAYS – Our lodgings can be rented for less than one week. Minimum stay is 3 days, exceptionally also 2 days. LONG STAYS - Preferably we rent for one entire week or more, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
In case of weekly rentals or long weekends starting on a different day of the week, prices may be different. Rentals for 2 weeks or more may get a discount. Granaretto This 55 m2 apartment is structured as a loft/studio with one double bed, a double sofa-bed, kitchen corner, dining table. Very comfortable for 2 people, it can also accommodate families with children (4-5 people with the use of the sofa bed and an extra single bed, which can be added upon request).
